Scots contract law

Scots contract law is a set of rules that govern the way contracts work in Scotland. It is used to decide what is fair and legal when two people or groups agree to do something. For example, if you buy a new TV, the contract will say what your rights and responsibilities are as the buyer. It will also say what the seller's rights and responsibilities are. Scots contract law ensures that both sides understand what they have agreed to and keeps both sides safe.
