ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Screen printing

Screen printing is like drawing with paint, but instead of using a brush, you use a special kind of screen that has tiny holes in it. You also need a stencil, which is a piece of paper or plastic with your design on it.

First, you put the screen on top of your paper or t-shirt. Then, you put the stencil on top of the screen.

Next, you choose a color of paint and put it on the screen. You use a special tool called a squeegee to push the paint through the tiny holes in the screen and onto the paper or t-shirt below.

When you're done with one color, you clean the screen and repeat the process with the next color.

Once you're finished with all the colors, you let the paint dry on the paper or t-shirt. Then, you have a pretty cool design that you can wear or hang on your wall!
