Sea salt

Sea salt is a type of salt that is made by taking water from the ocean or sea and letting it evaporate in the sun. The evaporated water will leave behind salt crystals which can then be collected. Sea salt tastes a bit different from regular table salt because it contains other minerals from the ocean like calcium, magnesium, and potassium which give it a different flavor. Sea salt is often used in cooking to add flavor to food or as a finishing touch for dishes.
