Sel roti

Sel roti is a yummy and special food that comes from Nepal. It's a type of bread that's usually made for festivals or special occasions. It's made from rice flour, water, and sugar. Here's how it's made:

First, you mix rice flour and sugar together in a bowl. Then, you slowly add water and mix it up until it turns into a thick batter.

Next, you put the batter into a special tool called a "sel roti press." This tool looks like a big funnel with a long handle. You hold it over hot oil and squeeze the batter out of the small hole at the bottom, making a circular shape.

After a few minutes, the sel roti turns golden brown and crispy on the outside, but soft and fluffy on the inside. It's a bit like a donut but not as sweet.

Sel roti is usually eaten for breakfast or as a snack. It's very popular in Nepal and is often given as a gift during festivals like Diwali, Dashain, or Tihar. Yum!
