Semantic P2P networks

A semantic peer-to-peer (P2P) network is like a big group of computers that all talk to each other and can share information. All the computers in a semantic P2P network have the same set of rules, so that everyone knows how the network works. This makes it easier for the computers in the network to find what they're looking for and share it.
