Semantic network

A semantic network is kind of like a map. Instead of showing roads and rivers, it shows words and how they are related to other words. For example, a semantic network would show that "dog" is related to "animal" and "bark", and that "animal" is related to "fur" and "hibernation". You could think of it like a web of words.
