ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Sembah

Sembah is a word that means to show respect or worship to someone or something that is considered important or holy. Think of it like saying "thank you" or giving a hug to your parents or grandparents when they do something nice for you. Except in Sembah, you might bow down, make certain hand gestures, or say special prayers to show that you really respect and honor the person or thing you are Sembah-ing. People in different religions, cultures, and regions might have different ways of doing Sembah, but the basic idea is to show gratitude and reverence for something you admire.
