Sequence of events

A sequence of events is a list of things that happen one after the other. It's like a story, but without all of the extra description - it just lists what happened in the order it happened. For example, the sequence of events for getting ready for bed might look like this:
1. Put on pajamas
2. Brush teeth
3. Put on slippers
4. Go to bed

You could think of it like a staircase. Each step happens after the one before it, just like the events happen one after the other.
