Sex Shouldn't Be a Crime
Okay kiddo, so you know how sometimes mom and dad give you a hug or a kiss to show that they love you? Well, sometimes grown-ups do that too, but they call it sex. It's when two people who really love each other decide to be extra close together and it feels really good.
Sometimes though, some grown-ups don't want other people to have sex or they only want certain types of people to be able to do it. They make laws that say it's a crime to have sex in certain ways or with certain people.
But that's not fair, is it? Love is love, no matter who it's between or how it's expressed. And as long as everyone involved is a grown-up who wants to do it, then it shouldn't be against the law.
So, basically, some people think that sex should be allowed for anyone who wants it as long as it's consensual and safe. They believe that criminalizing sex is unfair and goes against people's freedom of choice and expression.
