Sex differences in education

educational achievement has traditionally been higher for boys than for girls. This is because in many cultures throughout history, boys were expected to go to school and get an education, while girls were expected to do other things, like taking care of families. Today, this is changing, and more girls are going to school and getting an education. But, even so, boys are still more likely to do better in school than girls. This is because boys tend to be more focused on school, while girls may be more interested in socializing and doing other activities. Boys also tend to have more confidence and are more willing to take risks when it comes to trying new things or learning new things. This doesn't necessarily mean that boys are smarter than girls, but it does mean that they may have an advantage in education.
