ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Shared vision planning

Let's say you and your friends want to build a big sandcastle at the beach. Shared vision planning means that you all sit down and talk about what the sandcastle will look like before you start building. You might talk about its size, shape, and what kind of decorations you want to add. This helps everyone understand what they need to do to make the sandcastle look great.

In more grown-up situations, shared vision planning means that a group of people talk about what they want to achieve before they start working on something. This could be for a project at work, a community event, or anything else. By talking about what they want to achieve, everyone can work together to make sure they're all on the same page and working towards the same goal. It's kind of like building a sandcastle – you need to know what you want to create before you start building it!
