Shifting ground fallacy

Shifting the ground is when someone changes their opinion on a subject when they don't like the outcome of the discussion. They might do this by changing the topic or bringing up a new argument that wasn't part of the initial discussion. It is like changing the rules halfway through a game because you are losing. It isn't fair and it doesn't help solve the problem.
