ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Siddhasana

Siddhasana is a yoga pose where you sit with your legs crossed. To do this, you start by sitting with your legs stretched out in front of you. Then, bring your right foot up, and place it on your left thigh so the sole of your foot faces up. Then, bring your left foot up and place it on your right thigh, so that the sole of your foot is also facing up. Make sure to keep your spine straight and your hands in your lap or on your knees. You can stay in this pose for as long as you like, and it can be a good way to take a break!
