Simhasana

Simhasana is a yoga pose that involves sitting in a way where you look and act like a lion.

When you do simhasana, you sit down on your knees with your feet flat on the ground behind you. You then put your hands on your knees and stretch out your fingers. You open your mouth wide and stick out your tongue really far, making a "roar" or "meowing" sound like a lion or cat would. You hold this pose for a few breaths, then relax.

This pose is said to help with breathing and calmness, because it simulates the way a lion breathes and yawns. It can also help release tension in your face, neck, and shoulders.

It's important to remember to keep your spine straight while doing this pose, and not to strain too much. It's a fun and playful pose that can help you feel energized and refreshed!
