Smolensk Archive
Okay kiddo, so the Smolensk Archive is like a big collection of files and documents about a really important event in Polish history. You know how we like to keep photos and souvenirs from big events like birthdays or vacations? Well, the Smolensk Archive is like that, but for something that happened to a whole country.
The event was a plane crash that happened in 2010. A lot of important people from Poland were on the plane, including the president. Unfortunately, everyone on the plane passed away, and it was a really sad time for the country.
