Smooth frame

When we watch a video or play a video game, we see a lot of pictures or frames really quickly, one after the other. Smooth frames means that these pictures or frames look really good when they move from one to the other. It's like when you draw a picture and you draw little lines to show it's moving, but when you look at it really fast, it looks like it's moving smoothly. That's what smooth frame means! It makes everything look nice and neat, just like a picture book.
