Social audit

A social audit is like a big check-in to see how well a company or organization is treating people and the environment.

Think of it like a big game where you are the referee and you need to make sure that everyone is playing by the rules. The social audit is like a scoreboard that tells you how good or bad the company is doing in treating people and the environment fairly.

During a social audit, people look at things like worker's rights, wages and benefits, diversity and inclusion, and how the company impacts the environment. They check to see if the company's actions are in line with their values and promises.

If the score is good, the company gets a gold star, but if the score is bad, they might need to make changes to be more fair and responsible. It's like giving them a time-out to think about what they can do better next time.

So, a social audit is an important way to make sure that companies are doing what they should be doing to be fair to people and the world around us.
