ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Social corporatism

Social corporatism is a system that is used by some countries and organizations to try to deal with tough economic and social problems. It is based on the idea of people from businesses, governments, and labor unions (also called workers) all working together and cooperating to find solutions and make decisions that are good for everyone. Businesses, governments, and labor unions come together in meetings, or councils, so that everyone can have their say and come to a decision that works for everyone. This means that everyone is included in the process and everyone gets a say in the decisions that are made.
