Social facilitation

Social facilitation is the idea that when people are in a group setting, they are more likely to do better than if they were alone. For example, if you and some friends were going to take a test, you might all do better if you were working together than if you each took the test alone. This is because when we work with other people, it can make us more motivated, give us ideas, and help us stay focused. Social facilitation can help make learning and doing things easier for everyone.
