Social market economy is an economic system where the government and private businesses work together. The government makes sure that everyone has fair access to basic services like health care, education, and housing. Private businesses take care of providing other goods and services like food, cars, and entertainment. The combination of both public and private efforts helps everyone in the economy have what they need to survive and thrive.
