ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Society for Scholarly Publishing

The Society for Scholarly Publishing is a group of grown-ups who work together to make sure that important information, like science and research, gets into the hands of other grown-ups who need it.

Just like how you might share toys or snacks with your friends, these grown-ups share important information with other grown-ups who work in science, medicine, education, and other fields.

They also make sure that the information is accurate and easy to understand so that everyone can learn from it. They work really hard to make sure that the information is shared in a fair and honest way.

By working together, they make sure that everyone who needs important information can have access to it.
