Spree killer

A spree killer is someone who goes on a killing spree by killing multiple people over a short period of time. They usually kill people they don't know, or with whom they have no connection. It could be random people on the street or people in a certain place. They usually don't plan out the killings in advance, but act on a sudden urge to kill. Afterwards, the spree killer either commits suicide or is arrested by the police.
