Squat effect

Do you know what a squat is? It's when you bend your legs and sit down and stand up again. Squats are really good for making your legs and butt muscles stronger.
The squat effect is what happens to your body when you do a lot of squats. When you do squats, your legs and butt muscles have to work really hard to push your body up and down. This means that they are getting stronger and bigger.
But the squat effect doesn't just stop at your legs and butt. Squats also help to make your core muscles stronger, which are the muscles in your tummy and back that help you stand up tall and move around easily.
When you have strong legs, butt and core muscles, you can run faster, jump higher, and even do other exercises better. So, doing squats can give you lots of benefits and make you feel really strong and healthy!
