Okay, so there are these states in India which are like big groups of cities and villages. Each state has its own language, culture and traditions. There are some people who speak a language called Urdu which is spoken in parts of India as well as other countries. In some states like Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, and Bihar, there are many people who speak Urdu. These people are called Urdu speakers. There are also some states like Maharashtra and Karnataka where Urdu is not as common. So basically, some states in India have a lot of people who speak Urdu and some don't, but they all have their own unique language and culture!
