ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Station days

Okay kiddo, so you know how sometimes you have a special day at school where you do different activities and learn new things? Well, station days are kinda like that, but for grown-ups at work!

On station days, the grown-ups go to different stations or areas around their workplace and learn about different things. Each station has a different topic or activity, and the grown-ups get to learn and have fun while they work.

For example, one station might be about communication skills where they learn how to talk to each other better. Another station might be about safety, where they learn about how to keep themselves and their coworkers safe while working.

The grown-ups usually spend about 30 minutes to an hour at each station before moving on to the next one. By the end of the day, they've learned a lot of new things and had a fun time doing it. And just like on your special day at school, they might even get some stickers or prizes for doing a good job!
