Steam shower

A steam shower is like a regular shower that you take to get clean, but it also has a special machine that makes hot steam. The steam machine heats up water and turns it into steam, which is like hot fog. When you turn on the steam machine, the steam comes out of little holes in the shower walls and fills up the shower with hot fog.

When you stand in the shower with the steam, it can make you feel like you're sitting in a sauna (a really hot room where people go to relax and sweat). The steam feels good on your skin and can help open up your pores so that you sweat more and get cleaner. People like to take steam showers because it can help them feel relaxed and refreshed.

It's important to be careful when taking a steam shower because the steam can make the shower floor and walls slippery. Always be sure to use a slip-proof mat and take your time moving around in the shower.
