Stepwell

A stepwell is a type of construction used in parts of the world that experience dry weather. It's used to store water underground and provide access to it. A stepwell is basically a deep, sloping hole in the ground, with steps inside leading down to the water. It's designed to help people get water from the bottom of the well instead of from the top, and it also keeps water from evaporating in the hot weather because it's underground. People can go down the stairs to the bottom of the well and use the water that is stored there!
