Stick style

Stick style is a type of architecture that was popular in the late 1800s in the United States. If you imagine a house or building that looks like it may have been made out of a bunch of long, skinny sticks, that's what stick style looks like.

The buildings usually have a lot of decorative details made out of wood, including beams, brackets, and carvings that look like they're made of sticks. These details are often painted different colors to make them stand out.

One of the most important features of stick style is the use of a lot of vertical elements, like tall windows and narrow doorways, to make the building look even taller than it actually is.

Overall, stick style is a very fancy and decorative type of architecture that was popular for a short time in history. Today, you can still see examples of it in some older buildings around the United States.
