Stigmatism

Okay kiddo, so do you know how our eyes work? They have a lens in them that helps us see things clearly. But sometimes, the lens may not be shaped perfectly and that's when we have a problem called "astigmatism". It's like a ball with a dent in it that causes the image to be blurry or distorted.

Now, imagine if your eye had this problem, it's called "astigmatism." When you look at something, the image might look blurry or wavy because the lens is not shaped properly. This can make things like reading or watching TV difficult.

Luckily, there's a way to fix it! An eye doctor can prescribe glasses or contact lenses that have a special shape to help your eyes focus correctly. With these, you can see everything clearly and enjoy your day while playing and learning.
