ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Stone stripe

Imagine you have a big box of toy blocks. Some of them are red, some are blue, some are green, and some are yellow. You can take these blocks and stack them on top of each other to build things like a tower or a house.

Now, let's pretend that instead of toy blocks, we have big pieces of stone. These stones can be different colors, just like the toy blocks. But instead of stacking them on top of each other, we can lay them down side by side to make a pattern on the ground.

This pattern is called a stone stripe. Imagine you have a long, straight path in your garden. Instead of just having a plain dirt or grass path, you can use stones to make a stripe pattern. You could put down a row of black stones, then a row of white stones, then a row of gray stones, and keep repeating that pattern all the way down the path.

The stone stripe not only looks pretty, but it can also help you navigate. You can use the stripe to find your way down the path, even if it's dark or you're not looking where you're going. Plus, if you have guests over, they might think it looks really cool!
