Strata title

Strata title is a way of owning property. It means that you own a part of something bigger. For example, you might own your own apartment in a building, but the building is part of a bigger property that could include the driveway, lawn, and other parts of the outside of the building. Strata title means that everyone who owns an apartment in the building owns a part of the whole property and has to share responsibility for the outside parts along with everyone else.
