Strategic Pluralism is how people and groups make decisions about how to best use their resources - such as time and money - to get what they need. To do this, they look at different strategies, or ways of doing things, to see which one works best for their group. For example, if a group wants to save money, they might compare strategies like cutting costs, investing in new technology, or finding new sources of income. They'll then decide which of these strategies will help them reach their goals.
