Style guide

A style guide is a set of rules that explain how words, sentences and paragraphs should look when they are written. It helps to make sure everyone is using the same rules when writing so that the writing looks consistent and professional. For example, some style guides might make sure everyone is using spelling, grammar and punctuation rules in the same way, while other style guides might decide which words should be capitalized and how to format numbers and dates.
