Substantial form

Substantial form is like a shape. It is something that looks like a toy, like a block or a ball, and it has size, color, shape, and can move around. It's like if you make a toy out of clay, it has a shape that's more than just the pieces of clay put together. Substantial form is like that - it has the shape, the size, etc. but it's more than just the pieces that make it up. That is why it is called substantial form.
