Sundae (Korean food)

Okay, so you know how you can have ice cream with yummy toppings like sprinkles or chocolate sauce? Well, in Korea, they have something called a sundae, which is kind of like an ice cream sundae, but instead of ice cream, it's made out of pig intestines!

I know that sounds kind of gross, but hear me out. The pig intestines are cleaned and then stuffed with things like noodles, pork blood, and vegetables. It's sort of like a sausage, but with different ingredients inside.

Once the sundae is made, it's usually cooked in boiling water, sliced up, and served with a spicy sauce made with chili peppers and other spices. It might sound a little bit scary or spicy, but lots of people in Korea love it!

So, in summary, a sundae in Korean food is a type of sausage made out of pig intestines stuffed with noodles, pork blood, and vegetables, usually cooked and served with a spicy sauce.
