Suomenlinna

Suomenlinna is like a really big castle made up of lots of buildings on some islands in Finland. It was built a long time ago to protect the city from other countries who might want to come and take over.

People used to live there and work together to make sure the castle was strong and safe. But now it is mostly just a really cool place that people go to visit and learn about history.

There are lots of things to do on the islands like exploring the tunnels and buildings, seeing old weapons and cannons, and even going to a museum. Plus, you can take a ferry boat to get there which is pretty neat too!
