ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Sustainable agriculture

Sustainable agriculture is like farming with the environment in mind. It means farming in ways that are good for the environment, like not using too many chemicals that harm plants and animals, rotating crops so that the soil stays healthy and doesn't get completely used up, not wasting water, and planting cover crops to help keep the soil healthy. Sustainable agriculture also means using resources like solar and wind to power your farm instead of burning fossil fuels for energy.
