Syndeton

Syndeton is when you use a coordinating conjuction (words like "and", "but", "or") to link words or parts of a sentence together. For example, if you wrote "She ate toast, eggs, and bacon," the word "and" that joins the last two words together is a coordinating conjuction and is an example of syndeton.
