Tathātā

Tathātā is a Buddhist concept that means "suchness" or "thusness". It is the idea that everything in existence is as it is and exists in an immutable way that is true, real and perfect. This means that everything is connected and interrelated; nothing is separate from anything else. In essence, tathātā reminds us that everything is one and to perceive properly, we need to learn to see without judgment or division.
