Teletraffic engineering

Teletraffic engineering is a way to make sure that all of the information sent over networks like the internet get to its destination quickly and in the right order. It does this by making sure that there are enough pathways or "roads" for the information to take so that it can get to where it needs to go. Think of it like a highway system, if there are only a few roads then the cars (information) will take a long time to get where it needs to go, but if there are many roads (or multiple pathways for the information) then the information will be able to travel more quickly. Teletraffic engineering makes sure that the information has enough pathways and they are the right ones so that your information can get where it needs to go quickly and safely.
