The Truman Show delusion

The Truman Show Delusion is a mental health condition that causes people to think their lives are part of a reality show, just like the movie Truman Show. People who have this delusion believe that their every move is being watched and recorded by a hidden camera, and that they are the stars of their own "show". They may also believe that the people around them are actors, and that their lives are being scripted by someone else. People who suffer from this delusion may spend a lot of time looking for cameras or trying to spot people who are secretly watching them. They may try to escape their "show", or worry obsessively about what people are thinking and saying about them behind the scenes.
