Kintu didn't listen and caught the bird anyway. But when he got home, he realized that he had done something wrong. The bird was angry, and its feathers fell out, making it ugly.
Nambi was disappointed in Kintu, and she decided to leave him. She went to the sky where the gods lived and asked them if they could help her find a new husband. The gods agreed, and they sent her back to Earth with a new man named Ggulu.
