ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Theological notes

Theological notes are like clues that help us understand what the Bible is trying to say about God and the world. They help us to better understand the teachings of the Bible and to deepen our faith.

Think of the Bible as a treasure hunt map. Theological notes are like little symbols on the map that point us in the right direction. They help us to understand where to look for the treasure.

Theological notes can include things like the Trinity (God as three persons in one), the Incarnation (Jesus as fully God and fully human), Salvation (our rescue by God from sin and death), and the Church (the community of believers who follow Jesus).

Each of these notes helps us to better understand God's plan for the world and our place in it. They are important for us to pay attention to if we want to fully understand what the Bible is trying to tell us.
