Therapy cat

A therapy cat is a special furry friend who is trained to help people feel better when they are sad, lonely or sick. Just like how you might feel better when your mommy or daddy hugs you, therapy cats offer comfort and companionship too!

Therapy cats visit people in nursing homes, hospitals, schools and other special places where people need a little extra support. They give love, cuddles and warmth to people who may be feeling scared, anxious or upset.

These cats are really good at sensing how someone is feeling and they know exactly what to do to make them feel better. They might curl up on someone's lap or even sit next to them and purr! Their purrs are known to be very relaxing and can help people feel calm and at ease.

Therapy cats are very well trained and are used to being around people. They have gentle temperaments and are very patient. Unlike other cats, they don't scratch or bite people because they are trained to behave well around people.

Therapy cats are loved by so many people and bring so much joy to those who need it. They are very special and loved by so many people!
