Thermal management of high-power LEDs

Thermal management of high-power LEDs is a way to make sure that LEDs do not get too hot, so they don't break or stop working. It's like a car's cooling system, where the car uses a fan and radiator to keep it from overheating. In thermal management, LEDs are connected to something called a heat sink, which is like a special metal fan that absorbs heat energy from the LEDs and then releases it into the air. Heat sinks are usually made of aluminum because it's a good conductor of heat, and it's lightweight so it's easy to attach to the LEDs. Thermal management also includes using a fan to help take away heat from the LEDs. This helps move the heat away from the LEDs so that they stay cool. Thermal management helps make sure that high-power LEDs last longer and keep working properly.
