Thermal profiling

Thermal profiling is when you check whether something is hot or cold by looking at its temperature. Just like how you can tell that your soup is hot because you see steam coming off it, thermal profiling uses special tools to measure how hot or cold something is more accurately. It's like using a thermometer to check if you have a fever. By using thermal profiling, we can make sure that things are at the right temperature so that they work properly and are safe to use. For example, chefs use thermal profiling to make sure their food is cooked all the way through and not undercooked or overcooked. Engineers use it to check if machines are working properly and not overheating. It's a very important tool to have!
