Three-part lesson

A three-part lesson is a way of teaching one topic in three different, but connected, parts. Often each part builds on the other, like a stack of blocks or building a story. In a three-part lesson, the teacher first explains or introduces the idea or topic they want to teach. Then they go into more detail, teaching more about the topic. Finally, they help the students practice what they learned by doing activities or answering questions.
