Three-section staff

Hey there little one! Have you ever seen a stick with three shorter sticks attached to it, kind of like a trident? That's called a three-section staff! It's a kind of weapon used in martial arts, sort of like a big fancy stick that you spin around and strike with.

Each of the shorter sticks is connected to the main stick by a type of chain, which lets the three pieces move independently of each other. This means that when you spin the staff around, the shorter sticks whip around and can strike from unexpected angles.

The three-section staff was first created in China a long time ago, and has since been used in many different martial arts styles around the world. It takes a lot of practice to use it well, but it sure does look cool when you get good at it!
