ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Tightness of measures

Tightness of measures is a way of measuring how close two numbers are together. Think of it like measuring with a ruler. If we put two ticks on the ruler that are far apart, the measurement between them would be loose. But if we put two ticks that are very close together, the measurement between them would be tight. Tightness of measures is like that but it's measuring how close two numbers are together.
