ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Tipping Point (game show)

Alright kiddo, imagine you have a big tower made of blocks. Each block represents something, like people who are either for or against something.

Now, imagine that you have a big stick and you start poking the blocks one by one. Each time you poke a block, it might sway a little bit one way or the other.

But at some point, if you keep poking enough blocks in the same direction, the tower will start to lean and eventually it will start to fall over!

That's kind of like what happens in a game show called "Tipping Point." This show has a big machine that has a bunch of little shelves, and on each shelf is a token.

The contestants have to answer questions and then they get to pick where they want to put the tokens on the machine. If they get enough tokens on one side of the machine, it will "tip" and all the tokens on that side will fall off, and the contestant wins money!

So basically, it's like trying to poke a bunch of blocks in one direction until they all fall over and you get a prize.
